We went specifically on Monday at lunch time for the fish and chips. The fresh cod is awesome. French fries are great. Sweet potato. French fries are good too and the onion rings were great. The waitress was fantastic and very helpful. It was very quiet on a Monday at lunch time. I imagine it gets considerably busy in the evenings or when they have a band playing
I come her for live karaoke on Thursdays and they do not disappoint! The food is pretty good and the love band karaoke they have are fantastic and they are funny as well! It's always a lot of fun!
This place is awesome. Specifically this branch in South Austin too. My favorite dishes are usually their fish and chips, tots, mozza sticks, and wagyu burger. Today though, it’s 3 special taco Tuesday and decided to adventure into Fried Fish Taco with Serrano Mayo. Oooooooo my new favouriteeeeeee!!! It was the bomb!! For such a reasonable price, the flavors and crunch are !! Definitely coming back for more and highly recommended!!
Good dart set up, no tournaments that I know of, but they take care of the boards. I really like Baker Street Pub. My only let down is that they don’t pay homage to Office Space. Great movie that was filmed here!
Went for a holiday party where they had several tables reserved for us. They had 1 server assigned to the party and I was worried a bit however she rocked and kept food and drinks moving so you didn't even notice that there was only 1 of her. That also says a lot for the bar staff that kept drinks coming at her with all the other people there. As for food, it was what you expected from a bar, not the most amazing but it was good. When I return not if, I will try the fish and chips that looked good and large enough to share if not a big eater, and several people had that and said it was good. Drinks are a bit pricey but the real estate is prime and I'm sure cost them a good amount so I'm not too upset at a 12 price on mixed drinks. 5 drinks and 2 apps cost around 80.
Fun vibes with outstanding service! The fish and chips were amazing! Super crispy delicious Atlantic cod -10 out of 10 stars- a must try. The homemade tartar sauce blew us away. The burger was fantastic- very flavorful and though cooked well done was juicy. Make sure you save room because you don’t want to miss their bread pudding and homemade ice cream.
I love this space and the live salsa. I do 1 suggestion, that will make the fried pickles infinitely better. Instead of pairing them with traditional ranch which is really salty, pair the fried pickles with a softer ranch, because the fried pickles are already really salty and with salty ranch they become overwhelmingly salty. Aside from that, fabulous food, venue and service. I feel remembered here and I love that
this is a good spot I come here often an service is good an fun vibes. an it's cool spot I love they burgers there the best an whoever makes them does a good job. I usually come close to night to hangout drink etc. they do need to add some new music to they playlist play same songs every time I come. an there's a bald head cook that's always smoking cigarettes with his apron on that's unsanitery.an some time my fried food I order come out burnt.so I usually just order burgers are quesadillas are tacos an chicken avocado sandwich they make the best sandwiches in town.overall just need be better on the fried food but I recommend this spot for drinking etc also.
